The approach changes with the job: some pieces need to sell, some need to explain, some need to simplify complex information. In every case, the design should make the message stronger rather than compete with it.
Before the layout starts we ask what the piece needs to achieve: sell, explain, reassure or simplify. That decides the hierarchy, the amount of copy and the imagery, and it stops good-looking work that says nothing.
Some clients need a single brochure. Others need a designer available every week for the constant flow of adverts, social posts and documents. Both work; for the second, ask us about a monthly retainer.

It depends on the piece and how complete the brief is. Simple items like a flyer or social graphics can often move quickly; a brochure or report takes longer. We’ll give you a realistic date when we quote.
We can. If you have copy, we’ll work with it and suggest edits where it helps. If you don’t, we can write it or tidy up rough notes into something that reads well.
Each quote states the amends included, which is usually enough for normal feedback. If the brief changes significantly mid-way, we’ll discuss it before any extra cost is added.
Yes. Most of our graphic design work follows a client’s existing brand. Send the guidelines and assets, and we’ll design within them. If something’s missing, such as an icon style, we’ll suggest how to fill the gap.
