Merchandise design, Liverpool
Put the brand on useful things, properly. We adapt your logo for workwear, gifts and event items, then design and source merchandise that staff will wear and customers will keep.
Send us what you have. We'll tell you what's working, what isn't and what we'd change.
No obligation. No hard sell. We only use your details to reply to you.
Merchandise is the brand people keep, wear and hand to someone else. Ignite designs branded items for staff, customers, events, launches and promotional campaigns, adapting the identity properly for embroidery, screen print, engraving and small print areas, and can source and supply the finished items through our Print & Production service.
Embroidery, pens and engraved items each have limits on detail, colour and size. We create the simplified versions and placements the identity needs so the brand still looks like itself on a polo shirt or a pen barrel.

Share the occasion, the audience and a rough quantity. We’ll recommend items people will actually use and flag realistic lead times.
We create simplified logo versions and placements suited to embroidery, screen print or engraving, and show you mock-ups on each item.
Where it’s useful we arrange samples, then source and supply the finished items through our print and production partners.
Got a question about merchandise design in Liverpool? Ask when you send the form and we’ll answer properly.
It varies a lot by item and decoration method. Some products can be ordered in small quantities, others have higher minimums. We’ll tell you the options for your numbers before anything is ordered.
Lead times depend on the item, the decoration and the supplier, and they can stretch at busy times. Allow a few weeks where you can, and tell us your deadline so we can recommend items that will arrive in time.
We’ll get as close as the method allows. Embroidery threads, screen print inks and product colours all have limits, so we’ll pick the nearest match and show you before production.
For most items, yes. Samples are worth it for workwear and larger orders, where fit, feel and decoration quality matter. Some suppliers charge for samples, and we’ll tell you if so.
Tell us what the items are for, roughly how many you need and when. We’ll suggest items that suit the brand and the budget, and design the artwork for them. Based in Liverpool, we take on merchandise design work for clients across the UK.
