Logo design, Liverpool
A logo is small. The job it has to do isn’t. We design logos for new and established businesses that stay clear on a phone screen, a shop front and a stitched polo shirt.
Send us what you have. We'll tell you what's working, what isn't and what we'd change.
No obligation. No hard sell. We only use your details to reply to you.
Ignite designs logos as part of a wider identity system, considering how the mark will work on a website, social profile, vehicle, document, sign or tiny favicon, not just how it looks centred on a blank page. We explore concepts with enough flexibility to create something recognisable, practical and capable of growing with the business.
A logo is judged at 16 pixels in a browser tab and at two metres on a building. We check concepts at both extremes, in mono and in reverse, before anything is presented, so the chosen mark doesn’t fall apart in real use.
You’ll see a small number of considered directions rather than a wall of variations, each with the thinking behind it. It’s easier to make a good decision when you know why each option looks the way it does.

Send the current logo or your idea. We’ll give you honest feedback and say whether it needs a tweak, a redraw or a fresh start.
We develop a few directions, test each at tiny and large sizes, and present them with the reasoning behind every choice.
We refine your chosen direction, then supply colour, mono and reverse versions in every file format you’ll need.
Got a question about logo design in Liverpool? Ask when you send the form and we’ll answer properly.
Usually a small number of considered directions rather than dozens of variations. Fewer, better-developed options lead to clearer decisions. We’ll confirm the number in the quote so you know what to expect.
Vector files for print and signage, plus PNG and SVG versions for web and social, in colour, mono and reverse. If your printer or sign maker needs something specific, we’ll supply it.
Often, yes. If the idea is sound but the execution is dated or technically poor, a careful redraw can be the right answer. We’ll tell you honestly if it needs more than that.
Yes. Once the project is paid for, ownership of the final logo passes to you. Unused concepts stay with us, but the mark you choose is yours outright.
Tell us about the business, the audience and anything that must stay. We’ll quote a logo project on its own or as part of a wider identity. Based in Liverpool, we take on logo design work for clients across the UK.
